What’s a surprise to most sellers is that these actions are totally commonplace, the REAL advantage is in having better AUDIENCES and better COMMUNICATION rather than relying on simply having MORE images or videos. The home SOLD in less than a week at the same price it was listed at before.
I’m not the highest volume agent in the Wasatch Front, nor am I the longest time in the business.
